Noncha ships worldwide — because style has no borders. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually lands in 3–5 business days after we ship, depending on where you’re at and how fast customs moves.
Heads up: Customs fees, import taxes, or duties might apply depending on your country. These charges are your responsibility — we don’t control them. For the details, check in with your local customs office.

No Refunds Policy
We currently do not offer refunds. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to offer a replacement for items that are:
Defective or damaged upon arrival
Incorrectly shipped
To request a replacement, contact us at nonchaclothinguk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make things right.
Replacements
Replacements are subject to item availability. If the exact item is out of stock, we’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative of equal value.
To be eligible for a replacement:
The item must be unworn and unwashed
The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
Original tags and packaging should be retained if possible
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem — as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched.
You can cancel your order by emailing nonchaclothinguk@gmail.com with your order number and "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line.
If the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.
Final Sale Items
All discounted or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for replacement unless damaged or defective.
